Our Story – A German Craftery in Bangalore

In a world full of factory-made, forgettable food, BrezelHaus stands apart. We’re not a production unit—we’re a craft bakery, where every pretzel, Berliner, and loaf of sourdough is shaped by hand and heart.

Founded in the heart of Indiranagar, Bangalore, far from Germany but never far from its spirit, BrezelHaus is our very own craftery—a warm, wood-accented space that functions as a food embassy for German cuisine in India.

At BrezelHaus, food is storytelling.
Our menu is a collage of European influences—from rustic German recipes to bohemian café traditions. But our story doesn’t stop at bread. It’s in our artwork, events, and local collaborations too.

We actively partner with small businesses, artists, and community voices who, like us, believe that craft and culture go hand in hand.

This isn’t just a bakery. It’s a home. It’s BrezelHaus.

No Leftovers, Only Purpose

At German BrezelHaus, we believe that good food should never go to waste—and kindness should always be shared.

That’s why we collaborate with local orphanages, retirement homes, and trusted community institutions across Bangalore to ensure that every unsold pretzel, Berliner, or sourdough loaf finds a home. Instead of letting our handcrafted bakes go to waste, we donate them fresh at the end of the day to those who need it most.

This initiative isn’t charity—it’s a reflection of our values.
It’s an honor to be able to give back through what we know best: honest baking and warm bread shared with love.
